According to information provided by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, the incident occurred on December 26 at 02:10 in one of the hotels on Tokombaev Street. The data was recorded in the log of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Oktyabrsky District, after which a preliminary investigation was initiated.
As a result of the investigation, K. M. and M. N., both born in 1991, were detained based on Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek ordered them to be placed in a special reception facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the capital for three days.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek calls on both local residents and guests of the capital to maintain public order and respect police officers while they are performing their official duties, reminding that violations of the law entail corresponding responsibility.
