During the raid, they were searching for homeless citizens to provide them with protection from the cold during the winter period. While patrolling, the attention of the police was drawn to a man who was urinating in the alley during the day, without any shame in front of passersby.
The homeless were directed to social shelters, where they received assistance, including housing and food.
In addition, more than 20 individuals who violated public order were held accountable, and by court decision, they were placed in the special detention center of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
