According to the press service of the capital's Internal Affairs Directorate, during the conversation, the Kyrgyz citizen made a number of statements that caused public discontent.
In connection with this, a report was registered in the Crime Record Journal of the Bishkek Internal Affairs Directorate, after which a preliminary investigation was initiated.
A conversation was held with the detainee to clarify the situation. A forensic linguistic examination has also been appointed, the results of which will help provide a legal assessment of her actions.
