According to Nadyrbek Jusupov, an inspector from the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a call was received at the duty station at 3 a.m. on November 8 regarding a fight between two individuals in one of Bishkek's nightclubs.
Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officers found that the participants in the conflict were in a state of intoxication. As a result, they were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District.
A protocol was drawn up against them under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of Kyrgyzstan, after which they were placed in a temporary detention facility.
