Suspected educational institutions included general education schools No. 24, 44, 15, and 10, as well as the private Kings International School. All facts were recorded in the logs of the district internal affairs departments, and preliminary investigations were initiated.
Investigation and operational groups from the district internal affairs departments promptly arrived at the scenes. Students and staff of the educational institutions were evacuated, and the areas around the schools were cordoned off. Canine services were involved to check the situation.
During the conducted activities, no suspicious items or explosive devices were found.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek reminded that knowingly false reports of bomb threats are subject to criminal penalties, including imprisonment.
