According to data from the Bishkek City Police Department, the incident took place on December 20 at 19:20 during public order maintenance at the "Zhashtyk" small arena, where the concert of the famous performer was held.
The individuals behaved aggressively, using foul language towards their colleagues and ignoring lawful demands, thereby violating public order. During the check, it was revealed that the detainees were police officers. In this regard, a service investigation has been initiated under the guidance of the Internal Affairs Ministry's Security Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the results of which will be presented to the public later.
