According to eyewitness accounts, plainclothes police officers attempted to enter the concert without tickets, but they were stopped by the patrol service workers responsible for security at the event. A conflict arose between the law enforcement officers, which quickly escalated into a scuffle.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate (GUVD) reported that one of the patrol service officers informed the management about the incident, after which necessary measures were initiated. During the investigation, it was found that all participants in the conflict were indeed employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In connection with the incident, a service investigation has been initiated.
