As a result of an examination at a narcological institution, it was revealed that he was in a state of alcohol intoxication. It also became known that the man had previously been stripped of his driver's license but continued to drive a vehicle.
Ultimately, the truck was towed to a specialized parking lot, and the violator was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District of Bishkek.
