According to law enforcement officials, the detained individual deceived people by creating the appearance of a trusting relationship and entered into shared participation agreements with them. He showed an unfinished construction site and promised prompt completion of the work, but did not fulfill his obligations.
In relation to this incident, the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District has initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are continuing the investigation and establishing possible connections of the detained individual with seven other cases of fraud.
