According to the information, on December 15, 2022, I.A., the director of the company OsOO "Vostok Energo Stroy," signed a contract with the rural administration of the Kyzyl-Oktobersky district for the construction of drainage ditches in the village of Udarник. The total amount of the contract was 3 million 772 thousand 895 soms. However, to date, the work has not been completed, and the ditches have not been put into operation.

According to the Accounts Chamber, the contractor inflated the cost of the completed work and committed other violations. As a result, the state suffered damages amounting to 819 thousand 580 soms. In connection with the above, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Recently, I.A. was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
