According to the information received, the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin District has initiated a criminal case under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with the aforementioned incident.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to detain the suspect — the general director of LLC H.A., born in 1991. He was taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating possible connections of the detainee with seven other similar crimes.
