According to information provided by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region, a criminal case was opened due to suspicions of fraud in the construction of drainage ditches in the village of Udarik. The director of the company OsOO "Vostok Energo Stroy," I. A., signed a contract with the Kyzyl-Oktobersky Ayil Okmotu on December 15, 2022, for an amount of 3.77 million soms; however, the work has not yet been completed, and the facility has not been put into operation.

In the Kemin district, the director of the construction company has been arrested in a case of embezzlement.
An audit by the Accounts Chamber revealed inflated costs for the completed work and other violations. The total amount of damage caused to the state is 819,580 soms.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Fraud".

I. A. was detained on November 20, 2025, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.

The investigation is ongoing.
