On December 31, 2025, a report was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District that a resident of the village of Dmitrievka, U.I. (born in 2004), was brought to the Medical Assistance Center of the Chui Region with multiple bodily injuries. Preliminary data indicates that the injuries were sustained as a result of an attack by a group of unknown individuals.
A criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the infliction of serious harm to health.
During operational search activities, law enforcement agencies detained two individuals: T.R. (born in 2003) and A.U. (born in 2005). Both suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility based on Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Other individuals who may be involved in this crime have also been identified. Investigative actions are currently being conducted regarding them.
