During the incident, 11 people were detained, and protocols were drawn up against 18 others for violating public order.
According to the police, on January 2, a report was received on the hotline 102 about a fight occurring in one of the rural districts of the Issyk-Ata region, where young people from different villages clashed.
The investigative-operational group that arrived at the scene identified all participants in the conflict. A total of 29 people were taken to the Main Department of Internal Affairs.
The investigation revealed that the conflict arose in the parking lot of a store when the driver of one vehicle and passengers of another vehicle began to argue over a parking space. The argument escalated into a verbal dispute, which then turned into a fight. The investigation is ongoing.
