According to the information from the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region, on January 2, 2026, the "102" service received information about a fight between young people from neighboring villages in the center of one of the rural districts. The investigative-operational group, together with employees of the district internal affairs department, promptly arrived at the scene.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, 11 participants in the conflict were detained. Administrative protocols were drawn up for the other 18 individuals who violated public order under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
