In the Bazar-Korgon district, one local resident was fined 12,500 soms for violating hunting regulations.

This information was provided by the head of the Jalal-Abad regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, Durusbek Zalimbekov.

According to Zalimbekov, during the weekend, the office staff conducted a series of raid activities aimed at monitoring compliance with environmental regulations.

“We intensified checks on weekends, as there is an increase in the number of hunters during this time. Our inspectors worked in all districts of the region, conducting inspections in forests and at water bodies. As a result, administrative fines were imposed on several citizens. One such case occurred on the Kara-Unkur River, near the village of Kaba in the Bazar-Korgon district, where a violator of hunting rules was detained. A report was drawn up against him under Article 263 of the KR Code on Offenses, and a fine of 12,500 soms was imposed,” noted D. Zalimbekov.
