Over the course of one week, poachers engaged in illegal fishing and hunting of rock partridges were detained in the Alaï district. This was reported by Alimbek Aydarov, a game management specialist from the Osh regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.

According to Aydarov, the department's employees regularly conduct raids. "In the village of Pravda, protocols were drawn up against three fishermen. When we arrived at the scene, they had not yet caught any fish, but they had no permits. Each of them was fined 1,000 soms. On January 6, in the village of Zhylyu-Suu, two hunters were detained while hunting partridges. They had permits, but without a date specified," the specialist explained.

Protocols were also drawn up against both hunters, and each was fined 12,500 soms. On January 7, in the Kabylan-Kol area, hunters were detained for hunting without the necessary documents. They were also fined 12,500 soms each. "Once the banks resume operations, all fines will be paid," added Alimbek Aydarov.
