In December 2025, raids were conducted in the Chuy region, during which several individuals engaged in illegal hunting were detained. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the inspection, 20 protocols were drawn up under Article 263 of the Code of Offenses, concerning violations of hunting rules. Each of the detainees was fined 12,500 soms.
Thus, the total amount of fines amounted to 250,000 soms.
