In Kara-Suu, violators of hunting regulations were fined

In the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region, two individuals were fined 25,000 soms for violating hunting regulations.

This information was provided by the Osh Regional Department of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It was reported that on December 11, inspectors from this department, together with representatives from the Department of Protected Natural Areas and Biodiversity, conducted a raid in the Papan area to monitor compliance with hunting norms.

“During the raid, two individuals were detained for violating hunting rules. Two protocols were drawn up against them under Article 263 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic (‘Violation of Hunting Rules’), and each was imposed an administrative fine of 12,500 soms. The total amount of fines was 25,000 soms,” the press release states.
Additionally, explanatory work was carried out with other hunters aimed at ensuring compliance with hunting norms.
