The press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision reports that the Department of Environmental and Technical Supervision in Bishkek and the Alamudun district is actively responding to messages from social media.
A recent inspection, conducted jointly with the municipal inspection, was initiated based on a video posted on Facebook. As a result, it was found that the foam producer, known as LLC "Bars Medved," is located in the village of Lebedinovka.
During the inspection, it was revealed that the enterprise lacks a gas purification system, which is a violation of environmental standards. In accordance with Article 230 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, a fine of 28,000 soms was imposed on the company.
To ensure environmental safety, the operation of the enterprise has been temporarily suspended until the necessary gas purification equipment is installed.
The Department of Environmental and Technical Supervision reminds the importance of complying with legislation and informs citizens that all appeals will be considered, and appropriate measures will be taken.
