The reason for this decision was the violation of environmental standards identified during a joint inspection with the municipal inspection. The inspection was based on a video posted on Facebook, which showed that the foam producer is the company LLC "Bars Medved".
During the inspection, it was found that there was no gas cleaning system at the enterprise, which is a gross violation of environmental requirements and safety standards as stipulated in Article 230 of the Code of the KR on Administrative Offenses.
As a result, the company was fined 28,000 soms.
To ensure environmental safety, the operation of the enterprise has been suspended until gas cleaning equipment is installed.
