As a result of unscheduled raids conducted from December 18 to 22 of this year, fines totaling 156,000 soms were imposed for illegal hunting in the Nookat, Uzgen, and Alay districts.

These activities were organized by the "Bars-2" group of the NABU organization in Kyrgyzstan in collaboration with the territorial divisions of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Osh region.

After recent heavy snowfall, an increase in the number of hunters was observed, which served as the basis for conducting intensified raids.

The raids covered areas such as the Chili-Sai Gorge in Ak-Art of the Nookat district, the Besh-Abyshka area in the Uzgen district, as well as the Kayindy and Kapchigay sections in the Alay district.

Violators of hunting regulations were held accountable under Article 263 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Additionally, during the raids, discussions were held with local residents and hunters, emphasizing the necessity of adhering to hunting rules and wildlife conservation.
