Fines Imposed for Violating Hunting Rules in Kara-Suu and Alaï Districts

In the Osh region, a raid was conducted aimed at monitoring compliance with hunting regulations. This was reported by the Osh regional office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
According to the agency's information, on December 21 of the current year, inspectors from the Osh office, together with representatives from the department for the protection of natural territories and biodiversity of the ministry, as well as members of the "Bars-2" group from the organization "NABU Kyrgyzstan," conducted a raid in the hunting grounds of the Kara-Suu and Alay districts to check compliance with hunting norms.
During the inspection, three individuals were found to have violated government resolution No. 55 "On Hunting Rules." Administrative protocols were drawn up against them under Article 263 ("Violation of Hunting Rules") of the Code of Offenses. Each violator was fined 12,500 soms, totaling 37,500 soms, as stated in the report.
In addition, during the raid, explanatory work was carried out with local residents and hunters, emphasizing the importance of adhering to hunting rules and wildlife protection, as well as the necessity of strictly following legislative requirements.
Such raids will continue in the future, with the aim of protecting biodiversity, preventing offenses, and conserving natural resources.
