According to information from the Batken Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, during inspections conducted on Orozbekov Street in Kadamjay, it was established that the owner of the under-construction cafeteria, N. Alimzhanov, began erecting a second floor without the necessary permit documents. Additionally, violations in the area of technical safety were discovered.
As a result of the inspection, an act was drawn up and an administrative protocol was issued. The owner of the property, N. Alimzhanov, received a written order and a fine of 200,000 soms. He was also instructed to obtain all necessary permits for the construction of the second floor.
