According to the information received, at the direction of the Alamudun district prosecutor's office, an unscheduled inspection was initiated of the concrete facilities being constructed by the companies OsOO "Chopo-Tash" and OsOO "Nurlion Beton" in the village of Kara-Jygach.
During the inspection, it was found that the specified sites lacked the necessary project and permit documents. Approvals from the relevant authorities were also not obtained. As a result, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on each of the construction companies. Furthermore, the work on the concrete facilities has been suspended until all violations are rectified, as specified in the report.
It is added that the office has also filed a lawsuit demanding the demolition of the illegally constructed facilities.
