A fire safety and sanitation inspection took place at the Orto-Sai market. This became known on November 17 from representatives of the Akimat of the Oktobersky district.

Employees from various organizations participated in this raid: the Oktobersky district administration, the Emergency Situations Department of Bishkek, the Municipal Inspection of the mayor's office, the Land Use Control Department, as well as the city Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance and the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk".

The inspection revealed a number of sellers who violated sanitary regulations. The Municipal Inspection drew up four administrative protocols under part 1 of Article 434 of the KR Code "On Violations", with a total amount of imposed fines amounting to 21,000 soms.

The Deputy Akim of the Oktobersky district, Mayrambek Adylbekov, noted that Monday was established as a sanitary day; however, some entrepreneurs continued their activities, violating this regime. As a result, administrative protocols were drawn up.

In addition, during the raid, cases of spontaneous trade were recorded. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the inspection dismantled objects that hindered compliance with fire safety regulations. To prevent further violations, a fire truck was dispatched to the market area.
