According to the inspection, instances of selling medicines in unauthorized places were identified on Kuliyev Street. In one case, when inspectors approached the vendors, a woman attempted to hide the goods by passing them to another seller, who concealed the products in her stall. As a result, appropriate reports were drawn up.
At the intersection of Pavlov and Chuy Streets, despite the presence of designated trading areas, vendors continue to illegally place their goods on the sidewalks. Reports have also been drawn up for these violators.
Some residents, despite the availability of trading spaces, ignore the instructions and continue to display their goods on other sections of the streets, including at the intersection of Pavlov and Chuy.
The Municipal Inspection noted that explanatory talks had previously been held with vendors engaged in illegal trade regarding the prohibition of selling in unauthorized locations. Each of them was handed official notifications demanding the cessation of such activities.
Reports on violators are drawn up in accordance with the Code of Offenses.
