The suspects have been placed in a detention center
Mirlан Taalaybekov, the head of the municipal inspection of the Bishkek mayor's office, better known as Tsarikaev, shared details about the consequences of his attack.
The incident occurred on the night of October 25 at the intersection of Omur and Dolon-Biy streets in the residential area of "Ak-Ordo." Taalaybekov was in a car with his wife when a Toyota Will crashed into his vehicle from behind. Two men got out of it, soon joined by two more, and they began to beat him.
According to Tsarikaev, as a result of the attack, he lost six teeth, sustained deep wounds on his lips, a first-degree concussion, pronounced swelling on the right side of his face, and other injuries.
"I smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from the participants in the conflict. Realizing that the situation required intervention, I immediately called the UPSM officers. However, when the assailants realized they could not resolve the conflict peacefully, an unexpected blow followed, and I lost consciousness. Witnesses claim that I continued to walk and talk, but the next day I remembered nothing, including the stitching and medical examination. Later, I was offered treatment at a private clinic, but I refused, believing that I should receive the same assistance as other citizens in state institutions, where all patients have equal access to medical services," he wrote on social media.
In connection with the attack on the former patrol officer, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Four suspects were placed in the detention center No. 1 by court decision.
