Among the participants of the meeting were the chairman of the Builders' Union Cholponbek Akmatov, deputy ministers, department directors, as well as all inspectors from the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
During the meeting, the minister explained in detail the changes made to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 393 dated July 2, 2025.
According to the new provisions, the submission of data on capital construction, reconstruction, repurposing, and redesigning to the registry of construction projects (except for projects funded from the republican and local budgets) will be carried out on a paid basis. The amounts and procedure for payment will be determined by the relevant regulatory acts.
The main goals of introducing paid services are as follows:
- to create a unified mechanism for registering objects;
- to improve the quality and safety of construction works;
- to form a registry of construction projects;
- to ensure constant state control in the field of construction;
- to reduce corruption risks.
According to the minister, these changes are aimed at streamlining the construction sector, creating a unified mechanism for registering objects, and ensuring safety at all stages of construction.
“Our goal is to ensure open, systematic, and responsible control, as well as to support the construction industry,” noted Nurdin Oruntaev.
During the discussion, the leaders of construction companies asked questions and offered their clarifications.
