The inspection revealed that the company "Chiling Stroy" illegally installed a concrete mixing unit on the territory of a quarry owned by "Long High" in the village of Chyrpykty. As a result of these actions, an administrative case was initiated against "Chiling Stroy," and the company was fined 200,000 soms.
In addition, in accordance with current legislation, documents are being gathered to conduct an inspection regarding attempts by "Chiling Stroy" to sell concrete mix to other organizations in the Issyk-Kul region.
The Ministry of Construction strongly recommends that companies carry out construction work strictly within the framework of the law. The agency also reminds of the importance of adhering to safety regulations and technical standards during the construction process.
