Residents of the building located at 48 Elebaeva Street expressed their concern about the construction taking place too close to their living spaces. They reported that stones and debris were falling from the construction site into their yards.
The city administration of the State Architectural and Construction Control confirmed that the work being carried out created hazardous conditions for the surrounding area, and the technical and construction safety standards were not being met.
“As a result of the inspection, a report was drawn up regarding the company OsOO 'Kurulush', which was fined 200,000 soms. They were also given 10 days to correct the violations. During the rectification period, construction has been temporarily suspended. The issue of suspending the company's license will be considered at the next meeting of the special commission,” the official statement reports.
