An criminal case has been initiated for "Hooliganism"
According to reports from the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a video was circulated on social media showing an unknown man using physical and psychological violence against several people.
As a result of an investigation conducted by the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District of Bishkek, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Hooliganism".
During operational-search activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify the suspect. He turned out to be a citizen F.V., born in 1993.
The suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
