A fire occurred in one of the apartments
A video was published on social media showing a fire and explosion in one of the apartments on the fifth floor of a high-rise building in the Lenin district of Bishkek.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 20 people were evacuated from the building during the operation.
To combat the fire, one unit from the Fire and Rescue Department No. 4 of the Pervomaisky district and a fire ladder from the Fire and Rescue Department No. 8 were deployed at 17:54. The fire was extinguished by 18:25, as reported in the press release.
