In the evening of January 1, an incident occurred in the Lenin district of the capital — a fire broke out in an apartment on the fifth floor of a multi-storey building. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan.
The fire services received a signal about the incident at 17:54. Employees of the fire and rescue unit No. 4 from the Pervomaisky district and a fire ladder from unit No. 8 were dispatched to the scene. The fire was localized by 18:25.
During the firefighting operation, 20 people were evacuated from the building. No information has been received about the condition of the injured.
