Eyewitnesses shared videos showing thick smoke billowing from the building's windows, while residents hurriedly evacuated the entrance. The flames spread rapidly along the exterior of the building.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, fire units were immediately dispatched to the scene, quickly localizing the fire and preventing its further spread.
Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries. The causes of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being investigated.
