According to preliminary data, the incident occurred on November 27 in the village of Chechek, where a utility shed caught fire. The report of the fire was received at 14:14, and one fire crew was dispatched to the scene.
Rescue services noted that the fire quickly engulfed the shed. The fire was localized at 15:16 and completely extinguished by 15:46. Unfortunately, as a result of the incident, a child born in 2018 lost their life.
The causes of the fire are currently being investigated.
Neighbors reported that at the time of the fire, the child was playing with other children nearby. According to them, the children may have accidentally set the shed on fire. The adults were absent at the time, as the parents were at work, leaving the children unsupervised.
