According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire started in an open area where dry grass and shrubs were burning. Currently, three fire crews, consisting of 63 personnel, are working at the scene.
The size of the area engulfed in flames has not yet been determined, but smoke is visible from many kilometers away.
Preliminary reports indicate that the fire originated in the territory of a state natural reserve located in the vicinity of Tokmok. Due to strong winds, the flames are rapidly spreading, covering significant areas.
Additional forces were subsequently dispatched to the scene. A total of 117 Ministry of Emergency Situations workers, five fire trucks, two water tankers, two drones, two mobile pumping stations, and two pieces of special equipment have been involved in the firefighting efforts.
By 5:30 PM, the total number of personnel engaged in firefighting reached 141, and additional resources were also mobilized.
