A video has surfaced on social media showing acts of abuse against young people in a private house located in the village of Alamedin. This video has sparked widespread public outcry.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism. The suspect, F.V., born in 1993, has been arrested and placed in a temporary detention facility. An investigation is currently underway.
