It became known that several videos appeared on social media, showing an unknown individual using physical and psychological violence against children. In this regard, the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect, identified as F. V., born in 1993, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs. The investigation is ongoing.
The police emphasized that any forms of physical or psychological violence, aggression, humiliation of human dignity, as well as other unlawful actions entail criminal liability in accordance with current legislation.
