The first incident occurred on December 30, 2025, at 11:00 PM, when a call about a conflict on Molodaya Gvardiya Street was received by the "102" service. It was established that N. A., while in a state of alcohol intoxication, committed violence against his adoptive son M. A., born in 2011, and disturbed the peace of other family members. The man was sent to the Pervomaisky District Court to resolve the matter in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additionally, on the night of December 30 to 31, around 00:14, residents of the "Umut" district contacted the police reporting that S. K., born in 2000, who is raising four minor children, including an infant born in 2025, regularly abuses alcohol, leading to a lack of proper supervision and nutrition for the children, as well as frequent scandals.
The police officers who arrived at the scene confirmed these facts. In order to protect the life and health of the children, they were taken away and placed in specialized institutions.
The Main Internal Affairs Department emphasized that all cases of domestic violence are under the personal control of the capital's police chief, Colonel Azamat Toktonaliev.
