According to reports, several cases of car thefts were recorded in Osh at the beginning of December.
“On December 11, 2025, a resident of an apartment building located on U. Saliev Street, K.N., born in 1978, filed a complaint with the police stating that on the night of December 9, his silver 'Honda Fit', parked in front of the house, was stolen by unknown individuals,” the statement said.
On the same day, another resident, Sh.N., born in 1995, reported that his dark blue 'Honda Fit' was stolen on the night of December 6 around 10:30 PM on Uzgen Street.
Additionally, a citizen, U.S., born in 1999, reported that his white 'Honda Fit' was stolen on the night of December 7 around 10:30 PM on V.Uvam Street.
Also, on December 3, 2025, around 11:55 PM, a 'Honda Fit' belonging to T.F., born in 1986, was stolen on A. Shakirov Street.
Finally, on December 4 around 10:00 PM, a black 'Honda Fit' was stolen from citizen M.Y.K., born in 1978, on Uzgen Street,” the press service added.
As a result of operational activities, a suspect was detained — T.B.M., born in 2009, a resident of the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region. He was arrested on December 11 in the city of Manas.
On the same day, the Osh City Court decided to arrest him for one month.
The suspect stole cars, used them, and then left them in different locations.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
