The incident happened on December 14 at around 10:30 on the Osh—Razak road, on Mamirova Street in the village of Japalak, near house No. 69. The driver, K. uulu A., born in 2003 and a resident of the Nookat district, was driving a "Mercedes-Benz 211" when, traveling from west to east, he hit a pedestrian who was crossing the road from north to south. The pedestrian was a 14-year-old A.K., also a resident of the city of Osh.
Unfortunately, the teenager succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident.
