According to eyewitness accounts, the incident happened on December 2 at around 21:30 near HPP-5.
As reported by the press service of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, the driver of a "Toyota Camry," 21-year-old Sh.A., was driving north on Selsovet Street when he collided with another vehicle—a "Toyota Ipsum," driven by 37-year-old B.T.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the "Toyota Camry" died at the scene. The driver and passenger of the "Toyota Ipsum" were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
An investigation into the circumstances of the incident is currently underway.
