According to preliminary information, a 23-year-old driver of an Audi car lost control and collided with a Toyota vehicle.
“As a result of this incident, both drivers and three passengers died on the spot from their injuries. One of the passengers, who was taken to the hospital, also passed away despite all the efforts of the doctors. In addition, five passengers sustained various injuries and are currently under medical supervision,” the Almaty region police department reported.
Currently, the police are conducting an investigation to determine all the circumstances of the incident.
