According to preliminary data, the incident took place on December 9 at 18:20 near a gas station on Razzakov Street, close to the railway tracks.
According to the patrol police of the city of Osh, this case was recorded in the electronic journal, and an investigation is currently underway.
During the investigation, it was revealed that on that day, around 18:30, a resident of the Kara-Suu district, born in 1973, N.A., driving a yellow Honda Fit, was traveling from south to north and hit the teenager, K.D., born in 2010, who was crossing the road from east to west.
Unfortunately, as a result of the impact, the teenager died at the scene of the accident.
According to the driver, who was interviewed as a witness, he was leaving the city of Osh after work and heading home to the Kara-Suu district. He stated that it was dark at that moment, it was raining, and the road was wet, while the streetlights were not on. At the moment when the car in front of him turned right, he suddenly noticed the teenager on the left. The impact struck the left front corner of the car, and according to the driver, he did not have time to avoid the collision.
After the collision, he stopped the car and moved the injured person to the side of the road. When people gathered at the scene, the teenager was taken to the hospital. The driver also added that upon seeing the relatives of the injured, to avoid conflict, he stepped back 100 meters and called acquaintances, after which he returned to the scene of the incident,” reports the patrol service.
