“After some time, he was involved in another accident — at the intersection of Jibek Jolu and Fuchik Streets, his vehicle collided with a Kia Morning. After the second collision, the driver briefly stopped. When a patrol officer approached him and asked him to exit the vehicle, he ignored the request and attempted to flee. The patrol officers began a pursuit and detained the violator at the intersection of Turusbekov and Chuykovskaya. A check revealed that he was in a state of alcohol intoxication,” the official statement said.
