A video related to a possible case of domestic violence in the village of Novo-Pokrovka, located in the Issyk-Ata district, has appeared on social media. The Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region provided information about the incident:
On December 27, 2025, at 11:51, a signal was received on the 102 service phone that a man was beating his wife near the "Noorus" store on Lenin Street.
An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene, after which it was established that when they tried to contact the number from which the information was received, an unknown woman answered, stating that they had gone to Bishkek.
During the investigation, the man captured in the video was identified as citizen A.A. It was established that on December 27, 2025, around 11:30, he was heading to the city of Kemin with his wife M.A. and their two daughters. A conflict arose between them in the village of Novo-Pokrovka. When he tried to stop his wife, who was crossing the road with the children, he grabbed her by the hand. As a result, an unknown vehicle took the woman and children towards Bishkek. According to A.A., he did not use physical force.
Later, his wife, M.A., contacted the 102 service in Bishkek. Employees of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs issued a protection order against A.A. and conducted preventive measures.
During the check, citizen M.A. refused to file a complaint, and no facts of violence or bodily harm were established. Additional preventive measures were also carried out with A.A. at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district.
Information about this incident was sent to the family's residence for further preventive measures.
