On November 25, a local resident I. A., born in 1992, approached the police station. She reported that her husband, 38-year-old I. E., living in the village of Kairma-Aryk, had been applying physical and psychological aggression towards her for a long time.
During the investigation, the woman recounted numerous instances of violence and insults from her spouse. In March 2025, after another beating, she went to the district hospital; however, she could not reveal the true cause of her injuries due to fear for her children. Later, three months later, her husband again used force and attempted to strangle her.

The summer of 2025 became a turning point for I. A., who decided to leave her husband and moved in with her parents along with her children. On November 20, she initiated divorce proceedings through the court. Nevertheless, according to her, I. E. continued to threaten her over the phone, insult her, and spread compromising videos, which harmed her reputation.
According to the results of the forensic medical examination, the victim was found to have injuries that did not cause significant harm to her health.
In connection with these events, on December 5, a criminal case was initiated under Article 131, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Domestic Violence," and a pre-trial investigation was launched.

On December 6, the suspect was interrogated with the participation of a lawyer and was detained in accordance with the procedures established by Articles 96–97 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
