A 49-year-old woman from Tokmok approached the police, requesting the intervention of law enforcement regarding her son. She reported that in October of this year, while in a state of alcohol intoxication, he not only insulted her but also beat her, resulting in a broken arm.
This incident was registered under Article 177 ("Domestic Violence") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The suspect, born in 1992 and named I.S., was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
