
“I can’t bear it any longer. I’m holding on only for the sake of the children; we have two — the elder is 1.5 years old and the younger is only 2.5 months,” the woman shared her feelings.
She reported the violence to law enforcement authorities.
According to a press release from the Interior Ministry of the October District, on the night of December 11, 2025, at 00:25, a signal about domestic violence was received by the “102” service, recorded in the 11th microdistrict of the capital. Patrol service officers immediately went to the scene and confirmed the information about the incident. A man named T.Dj., born in 1988, exhibited aggression and physically struck his wife.
As law enforcement authorities found out, he works as a teacher at one of the capital's universities.
The incident has been registered in the log of the Interior Ministry of the October District, and an investigation into the case has been initiated.
T.Dj. was detained and taken to the investigative authorities, after which he was handed over to the district police. A report on an administrative offense was drawn up against him under Article 70 (domestic violence) of the Code of Offenses. He is currently in a temporary detention facility pending a court decision.
